Challenge

With a major Windows 11 upgrade on the horizon, a global services network sought to modernize authentication by replacing traditional MFA with a more seamless and secure experience. Password fatigue, shared credentials, and inconsistent user workflows were creating unnecessary friction and risk.

Solution

Silika Solutions led the design and implementation of a passwordless authentication strategy leveraging FIDO2 standards and device-bound credentials. Working with internal engineering teams, we integrated biometric login options, secured endpoint registration, and aligned rollout timelines with infrastructure modernization efforts.
